An autodidact drum crafter, his high-quality kits uses Indonesian wood, which help create his, own unique sound. Eager to share music knowledge, Harry also created a drum school and music camp.

Getting In The Groove with Agus WM

A familiar face amongst Jakarta’s vinyl enthusiasts, Agus of Warung Musik in Blok M Square has his finger in many pies. Besides running a full-time music store, Agus also helps international labels on Indonesian music reissues as well as running his own label, Majemuk Records. Chandra Drews and Ken Jenie paid him a visit and quizzed him on his store, record label and the current state of the Indonesian music scene.

The Art of Selection with Shinsuke Chida

Since the 90s, Shinsuke Chida has become a key figure in Tokyo's underground house music scene. After paying his dues experiencing the music scene inside and outside of Japan Chida established Ene Records in 2009, where he collects and releases music old and new that are plenty in variety but undoubtedly of his taste. During a vacation in Indonesia Chida visited Whiteboard Journal's HQ and talked about music with our interviewer, Bergas.
