The Rhythm of Keroncong with Waldjinah

A legendary Indonesian singer, Waldjinah has blessed the archipelago with her traditional Javanese vocal stylings for decades. The Surakarta (Solo) native has recorded over 200 albums and 1500 songs, and has been dubbed "The Queen of Keroncong." Whiteboard Journal had the chance to visit the songstress at her home in Solo to chat about her career, keroncong, and the future of traditional Indonesian music.

Holistic Design with Paulus Mintarga
