Pak Iswarno, better known as Pak Buyung, has been painting on trucks and store signs for over 40 years in Pasar Induk Beras in Cipinang, East Jakarta. His works can be seen all over this bustling rice market with his trademark red and yellow lettering. We caught up with him at his regular haunt to talk about his craft.
