“Paduan Suara Kamar Munchen” Southeast Asia tour is led by Philipp Amelung. It will be held by an invitation from the German Foreign Ministry and Goethe-Intitut Indonesia.

About the choir

Paduan Suara Kamar Munchen is a professional choir from Bavaria and South German. They will be playing sacred Motet, Mazmur, Madrigal, and also folk songs on their visit to Indonesia.

About the conductor

Philipp Amelung is a professional conductor of choir and orchestra who started his music career from the age of 8 at the Tölz children choir. After finishing high school, he worked at Tölz as a vocal teacher. He studied to be a choir conductor with Prof. Michael Gläser and Prof. Kurt Weil. Since then, he has been working as a conductor for various orchestras like “Münchner Symphoniker”. In 2011, he became a music director in Tübingen University.
