Studio 1212 is looking for an Art Director to join its team. The Art Director role will be responsible for producing creative ideas and concepts to deliver superior programs for the clients.

As an Art Director, his/her role within the creative agency is to provide creative leadership which includes developing innovative ideas as well as the visualization of concepts throughout the entire process of a project to completion that would meet the clients’ expectations. Multitasking over a number of projects, the candidate should possess the ability to manage details about the client, product, target audience and so forth which helps shape the overall campaign.

He/She will be expected to have a proactive and assertive attitude, ensuring a high level of execution and implementation of all projects.

Roles & Responsibilities

– Accountability for multiple projects from inception to completion.
– Working closely with Content and Graphic Design teams to generate creative ideas and concepts to fulfill the client’s brief.
– Maintain client and team relationship on the highest level.
– Being up-to-date on the latest creative trends.
– Resourceful and proactive to meet the ever changing needs of the clients.
– Acute observation and an eye for detail.

Ideal Experience Required

– Minimum of 1 years working as an Art Director.
– Or minimum of 3 years as a Copywriter or Graphic Designer.
– A Bachelor degree is a minimum.
– Strong written, verbal and presentational communication skills.
– Ability to work well under pressure.
– The ability to collaborate and coordinate with multiple team members and clients.
