For several years young brass musicians have had the opportunity to refine their skills with the support of German instrumental guest tutors. In this collaboration Goethe-Institut Indonesien and Yayasan Musik Amadeus invite professional musicians from Germany who teach talented students and teachers on their instruments. During the past six months the trombone-player Jan-Philipp Walter from Essen supported this training initiative.

The concert program BRASSISSIMO! is the result of this collaboration where several brass ensembles will present varying compositions. Goethe-Institut Indonesien in cooperation with Yayasan Musik Amadeus cordially invites you to a journey through different epochs and countries: from classical music over music from Eastern Europe to the sound of bagpipes from the Scottish highlands.
