Europe on Screen is back again with best films of Europe on 29 April-8 May 2016 in Jakarta, Medan, Bandung, Yogyakarta, Surabaya, and Bali.

Fair Play (2014)
Czech Republic, Drama

1980s in Czechoslovakia. Talented athlete Anna trains to qualify for the Olympic Games. In a state-run program she is given anabolic steroids.

After a number of side effects she soon learns the truth. Anna continues training without the steroids. Her mother thinks the Olympics are the only escape from the Iron Curtain for her daughter. Worried that she might not qualify, her mother and the coach decide to inject the steroids to Anna secretly.
