Europe on Screen is back again with best films of Europe on 29 April-8 May 2016 in Jakarta, Medan, Bandung, Yogyakarta, Surabaya, and Bali.

n authoritarian state on the verge of democratization, or: how politically unstable Zimbabwe got a new constitution. Over 3 years the film follows the two lawyers from competing camps who were commissioned to prepare the new constitution.

They both have thorough knowledge of negotiating tactics but the process cannot happen without conflicts. Various political, local and personal interests are bogging the process down.
