Founded in 2003, Sinjitos was originally a music studio initiated by Joseph Saryuf. But not only becoming a mere music studio, Sinjitos was also the place where the musicians could develop their creativity skills and share ideas with fellow musicians in producing musical work.
In 2007, Joseph Saryuf and his other 6 friends figured that they wanted to build a company as the place where their regular customers who shared the same vision could collaborate in making highly artistic musical works. Sinjitos Records then was officially created that year.
Until today, Sinjitos Records is well-known for its consistency in producing the unexpected and the unique as they do not limit themselves to certain genres and is open for any sound and style. With most of their releases being qualified and are well-regarded by the critics, Sinjitos Records is deemed successful in revamping people's paradigm upon the indie label.
Asides from producing the albums of their own musicians, Sinjitas Records also distributes albums from other bands such as Amazing in Bed’s self titled album, Adrian Adioetomo’s Delta Indonesia, Whisper Desire’s Cerah Berawan, Ghaust’s self titled album, and Imagi's self titled album.
