Asko|Schönberg is a famous ensemble from Amsterdam that performs 20th and 21th century music. This includes the works of the latest generation of composers who are still actively creating music. With a unique and new approach, Asko|Schönberg is also involved in various projects: opera, theater, dance. They have performed in numerous important festivals and on stages in Europe, the United States, and Asia.

Now Asko|Schönberg will perform a number of works, most of them are works for percussion, by Steve Reich, Javier Alvarez, Guo Wenjing, Maike Nas and Louis Andriessen-Martijn Padding. These are works that are produced not only from the available instruments, but also objects, even human body. Every instrument is played in a serious yet playful way.
