Artotel in collaboration with Daya Pelita Kasih Foundation organized a solo exhibition by Muklay, also featuring The Prodigies from Daya Pelita Kasih School and curations by Safrie Effendi.

The event aims to celebrate the extraordinary artistic talents of kids with autism and down syndrome from Daya Pelita Kasih School. To be displayed in the event are paintings by these kids who are said to be able to see beyond what normal people can, visualize broader imaginations, which are then transmitted onto their art works. From there, Muklay will further emphasize the kids’ paintings to be clearer for the audience.

Silent auctions will be held, the results of which will be donated to the Daya Pelita Kasih Foundation.

“See Something Strange” will be exhibited from June 9th until July 9th 2017 at the mezzanine level of Artotel Thamrin, Jakarta (Jl. Sunda No.3, RT.8/RW.4, Gondangdia, Menteng, Kota Jakarta Pusat, Daerah Khusus Ibukota Jakarta 10350)
