Awe, cemented the endless possibilities of collaboration. Ame Awe are A Double Vision. Reality To A Fiction.

UGLY is spotlighting the staggering twin phenomenal by making boundles potentials for this project. The socio-cultural twin icon Ame and Awe have the same vision to establish a collaborative project between art and fashion. The most intriguing thing about these twins are their ability to be appealing, relatable, and unique. Salma and Salwa are a double vision in the uniqueness department and stellar art skills by two. They have interacted with fashion, art, music, also photography. When they are genetically lucky to have born from a unique set of parents. The project starts on a clothing line concept of half/half of everything in life, a double vision, and multifunction.

From these thoughts comes to a fruitful affair and carefully designed project. WOMB MATES gave birth to a capsule collection of clothing, the casual fantasy of obsession, the double t-shirt, pants to overall, coat to crop jacket in embroidery detail, shirt, half sweater, half pleats skirt, and a double hip bag. Based on these facts, the twins’ project can make an interesting photo essay. It becomes a little further away from fashion. Moving on to making a photography exhibition, raise about the twin exposition. An essay about the meaning of twin life. Photographers are invited to do their own interpretation about Twins with their analog camera. A more honest and subtle way of telling stories with their lenses.
