Indonesia is the fourth largest producers of coffee in world. So it’s not uncommon that with our own produced coffee beans, that Indonesia has long formed a drinking relationship with coffee, from the traditional Kopi Tubruk to a more standardize cup of Cappuccino.

Majority of the working class would opt more for an Espresso and Cappuccino for a daily drug to start up the day. However, making the perfect cup of Cappuccino requires skills that not even the most famous international coffee chain successfully masters (documentary Perfect Cappuccino and the World Barista Championship proves the high skill required) So to answer to one of Whiteboard Journal’s team request to air a segment on how to make a proper (it’s an overstatement to call it perfect) Cappuccino, make sure any Barista watches this clip below:
