To give you a little portrayal about our media, Whiteboardjournal is basically a compilation of ideas, reviews, reports and discussion, which are a reflection of our personal minds. In result we try to give the very honest and worthy outcome in each single section of Whiteboardjournal and hold high value of editorial integrity.

We give both national and international audience access to daily news coverage, deep review and feature covering from fashion, art & design, entertainment, publication, technology, food & drink, travel, culture and general interests. Published from Jakarta, Indonesia, the team seeks to gather contents from every corner of the world and develop a certain unique perspective for our readership.

Aside from our editorial section, we have a store section where you can find a selection of Whiteboardjournal’s originally produced items, which range from a Tailor-made white vintage washed oxford shirt, a basic Henley tee, heavy Canvas Tote bag and a sketchbook, which comes in two colors- yellow and off white.

For our pilot features line up, we start our Roundtable session with a discussion about design education in Indonesia, uncovering what has been the issue in this sector. Hosted by Whiteboardjournal’s Leonard Theosabrata, the first Roundtable session welcomes four guest speakers to the studio, Yongki F. Safanayong is a senior in local design academic, being the only design Professor in Indonesia. Artnivora’s Founder Henricus brings up his experience as a design practitioner. Also joining the lineup is Richard Paulsen, an Education Planning and Capacity Development Specialist at World Bank and finally, a fresh graduate graphic designer, Katarina Monika.

Kraton’s head designer, Auguste Soesastro is our first guest columnist. He wrote a piece entitled “Gentleman’s Agreement”, a guide on choosing the perfect suit in an era of disposable clothing. Our in-house editorial team has reviewed the top five selection of premium digital compact camera, which is placed at Focus section. last of all, you can download a selection of 60’s/70’s Psychedelic track compiled by Ken Jenie for W_Music.
