There can never be too much Lego or Lego-related news in this case! Published by Dorling Kindersley, The Lego Book is actually a set of two books in a slipcase, the thickest of the pair at 200 pages is The Lego Book, which explores the story of how the brand developed from a small family-run business into one of the most popular children’s (and adult’s, mind you) toys. It includes fascinating imagery such as a pictorial history of the company’s logos over the years as well as most of the classic sets and themes that’s been released over the years among other things. The second book is titled Standing Small, a book devoted to the 30 years history of Lego mini-figures. I reckon’ this is definitely the coffee table book for all Lego hardcore fans!
