If there are trendsetters, there’s bound to be followers. Twitter has probably set one of the trends in the micro-blogging field and with the whole advantage and hype of the social media, Subsequently Google has decided on going social with its own Google Buzz. The key feature of Google Buzz is somewhat the same as twitter with the function of ‘following’ people in your network. The people you can follow is limited to the ones you have in your Gmail account.

The probable advantage of Google Buzz is that it’s not only limited to 140 words only, if you have an image and videos to share you can easily post it up and everyone would be able to see it. Additional, you can choose whether you’d like to share your information private or public as it provides direct link to other social media sites as Twitter, Flickr and other sites listed.
