If I’m a millionaire, the only thing that would be on my mind right now is not going to be the recession or world peace, or whatever. It’ll be the imaginary battle of these incredible jackets from Nike Sportswear, where each of them yells at me, telling me to take them home, caress them, and god forbid, dry clean them when somebody spills their glass of red wine on my smooth white leather sleeves. (After said person received an appropriate beating, that is. Unless of course, when said person is female, in which case relation of the intimate nature is strongly preferred.)
Okay, fine, that may be a little bit too much, but honestly, wow. That varsity jacket is just gorgeous, updating the true-and-tested classic with a fresh colourway, adding subtle technical features and the in-your-face welded chest pocket. It’s made with the compulsory fabrics for a traditional varsity jacket, wool and leather, and also features a Thermacore lining. Now, I honestly don’t know what ‘Thermacore’ is, but I reckon any fabric that doesn’t pass the spell check and contains the word ‘core’ is good enough to shelter you from whatever mother nature decides to throw on any given day.
The fishtail parka, on the other hand, is a lot more toned-down and mature, yet still features the same welded chest pocket. And while the varsity is probably thick enough for winter, the fishtail parka definitely needs more layering underneath to keep you warm. It is made with water-resistant breathable nylon, complete with taped seams construction and enough pockets to satisfy even the worst kleptomaniac.

Can you hear them calling your name? Good.
