It’s Saturday morning, let’s all start the weekend with this new official music video from Massive Attack for the song “Splitting The Atom”, the song first appeared in the Splitting The Atom EP, released back in October last year and it will be the first single (hence the video release) for the new upcoming full-length album titled Heligoland, to be release in February 8th, that’s like 2 days from now! Oh and the album will features some monstrous cameo list with Damon Albarn, Martina Topley-Bird, Horace Andy, Tunde Andebimpe, Guy Garvey, Hope Sandoval. The”Splitting The Atom” video, directed by Edouard Salier, is a bold and striking video that features a visually arresting 3D prismatic landscape, TRON-like environment, all of which seemed to further enhances Massive’s persona in the music. Here’s hoping for Heligoland to be the new Blue Lines.
