With all the hype surrounding the tilt-shift technique in photography, it’s pleases me to see the Pleasantville series by Vancouver-based photographer Jonah Samson. Instead of making real life looks like a dioramas, he went and made dioramas looks like real-life. So welcome to Pleasantville, a place where violence and debauchery run rampant; where murder, public sex and giant octopus attacks, to name a few is all part of the daily occurrences.
