“So I plied and so I played…with brevity and breadth, I gauged with breath and depth…and mined and moulded, and with my arms I then held it.Three stones..” Yet another work of brilliance from the Iceland-based designer, Scrulli Recht, this time it’s a rough diamond ring set which is actually one modular design with three interchangeable stones, simply called R¿ng. Though i may know nothing about rings or diamonds or stones, the usage of the rough diamonds by Recht, i believes, is a beauty in itself – it’s captures the stone in all of its natural beauty.

“So now, she chooses which stone to wear – one for work and one for stares. One for evenings and one for mournings. One for what ever she cares. And now I too play this game of choice… to add another to the compliment of raw precious diamonds; rough to remind my nights before her, and rare as the days now empty.”

R¿ng features a black, white and orange diamond, each with a screw-style connection to the 10carat white gold Mobius band. It will arrives in a hand painted box with a threaded lid, comprised of 215 individual pieces designed by Snorri Már Snorrason. R¿ng is made on request to individual size with the option to select stone shapes with a four to six week lead time to shipping and it will be produced in cooperation with This Carming Man’s Edward Janssen. So Ladies, what are yah waiting for? go ask your man to get you one today!
