If Willy Wonka has a flagship shop, it won’t be too far off this new Godiva shop in the Harajuku district. This shop would looks like heavens for all chocoholics around the world. Designed by the brilliant Masamichi Katayama from Wonderwall, this Godiva’s new homebase simulates melting chocolate that is dripping from the ceiling and running down the walls with larger than life visuals and texture. I imagined that when entering this new Godiva shop, one had to say the customary “hello i am _______(fill the blank) and i’m a chocoholic”.
