As usual when it comes to simplicity, nothing beats the Japanese creatives. 9h (nainawasu or nine hours) is a new capsule hotel that offers luxury in a minimum living sleeping space. Stripping the concept of a hotel down to it’s simplest and purest form, 1 hour shower + 7 hours sleep + 1 hour rest, 9h offers a futuristic capsule to sleep in, showers and space to rest. It fused the modern design comfort with a new technology developed by Panasonic Denko, dubbed Sleeping Environment System, which will turn the light on to wake you up according to the time set. Opening next December in Kyoto, 9h is created by designer Masaaki Hiromura of the Design Studio S and interior designer Takaaki Nakamura with all the amenities designed by Fumie Shibata also from Design Studio S. I wonder though will i fit into one of those tubes ?
