Originally founded 2 years ago in Boston, MA, USA as a word-of-mouth cake and pastries catering business, Elaine Marlene (Founder/Head Chef) and friends have brought a true French-American sweet treats to Jakarta. Bittersweet Corner serves the finest and homey pastries & cakes, most notably for our Signature Fruit Tarts, Classic Carrot Cake and Arlene Brownies – classic treats with modern twist!

With regards to our interior décor, we have combined the elements of simplicity and bourgeois. It is Marie Antoinette meets Martha’s Vineyeard. We use an abundance of white from the facade of the interiors, all with the purpose of showcasing our sweet treats as the focal point.
